Refund Policy - MotivScript AI

How refunds work for MotivScript AI subscription plans. The YouTube Transcript and Text Spinner are free and need no account. The Script Generator needs a free account; your first script is free, and paid plans are $1/month for 100 scripts, $2/month for 500 scripts, or $3/month for 1,000 scripts (any length).

1. Plans & Payments

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions: Basic $1/month for 100 scripts, Pro $2/month for 500 scripts, and Premium $3/month for 1,000 scripts. Every plan can generate scripts of any length, from 1 minute to 120 minutes. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our payment processor. Your card details never touch this site and are never stored by MotivScript AI.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your plan at any time from My Account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

3. Refund Requests — 14 Days

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email zulfqarali78601@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your purchase date and the reason for the refund. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

4. When a Refund Does Not Apply

No refund is given for a month in which scripts were already generated and used. The free trial costs nothing, so no refund applies to it.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same month, or a payment was taken but your plan was not activated, contact us with the payment date and the last four digits of the card used. A duplicate charge is always refunded in full. Questions? Contact us at zulfqarali78601@gmail.com.
